Steam cooking chicken thighs

If you are worried about calories, you may want to try that recipe of steam cooking the chicken. After browning the thighs, you just cook them in the steam basket. They will come out lean and tasty.

Ingredients

 2 chicken thighs
 Hot mustard
 Shallot
  Lemon juice
 200 ml water
 1 bouillon cube
 1 small amount of butter
  Thyme
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Make a marinade with mustard, shallot, lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the chicken 3min on each side

Add water with the cube and thyme

Put the chicken in the steam basket

Put a little butter on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 20min
