1 large onion
600 g squid
250 g tomato sauce
200 ml white wine
1 bouquet garnished
Saffron
Salt and pepper
Directions
Finely slice the onion and brown it in a little oil until it becomes translucent
Add the chopped squid
Add the tomato sauce, wine, saffron, bouquet garnished, salt and pepper
Choose the quick cooking mode 35 minutes
