Spinach will mix well with a lot of different ingredients. In this recipe, you use some cream and soft cheese. The result will be a good, light and tasty dish.

Spinach with soft creamy cheese

Ingredients

 700 g coarsely chopped spinach leaves
 150 g soft creamy cheese
 50 ml fresh cream
 Salt, pepper
 200 ml water

Directions

Put the spinach in the steam basket

Put in the tank of the instant pot 200ml of water

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 4min

At the end of the cooking,

Drain the spinach well to remove as much water as possible

Mix with the fresh cream salt and pepper

Put to the instant pot in mode browning

Add the cheese and stir until it is melted
