Spaghetti with soft cream cheese and chicken

This is a recipe with spaghetti and chicken. Soft cheese and egg yolk will make the sauce. In between, a few herbs and spices to make that dish perfect.

Spaghetti with soft cream cheese and chicken

Ingredients

 1 finely chopped onion
 2 chicken breasts in cubes
 250 g spaghetti cut in half
 1 cube bouillon
 Water
 250 ml white wine
 1 portion of sofr cream cheese
 Olive oil
 1 egg yolk
 Chopped coriander

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

During the time of preheating, fry the onions in a little olive oil

Add the chicken breasts and fry with the onions 4 min more

Deglaze with white wine

Remove the chicken from the vat (leave the juice)

Put the pasta in the bottom of the vat

Put water until the pasta is covered

Add the crumbled bouillon cube

Put the chicken back on top

Put the instant pot under pressure for half the time indicated on the spaghetti package

At the end of the cooking, drain the excess juice

Switch the instant pot to browning mode

Add the soft cheese and mix well

Serve in a soup plate, form a small well in the middle to deposit the egg yolk

Sprinkle with coriander
