For your bolognese sauce, you can fix it yourself with some good fresh ripe tomatoes, a lot of fresh herbs and whatever you want to add to it. It the following recipe, the preparation use some already made up tomato sauce to gain time.

Spaghetti bolognese with pimento

Ingredients

 1 kg of minced meat
 200 ml of white wine
 380 g of Bolognese sauce in a jar
 2 minced onions
 3 cloves of crushed garlic
 500 g of spaghetti
 Salt pepper
 1 pinch of chili pimento
 1 ml flour

Directions

Put the spaghetti in the instant pot

Cover with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 4min

Drain and set aside

Wipe the instant pot

Switch the instant pot to browning

Brown the onion and garlic with the meat for 5min

Add the rest of the ingredients (do not put the pasta)

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 4min
