Spices can really change a recipe. In that case, a lot of Asian spices will be mixed up with the chicken. The dish should taste great with exotic flavors.

Ingredients

 600 g chicken tenderloin cut
 1 tbsp fresh ginger
 100 ml soy sauce
 2 tbsp honey
 180 ml coconut milk
 70 g peanut butter
 1 tbsp curry
 ½ tbsp cumin
 460 ml water
 240 g basmati rice

Directions

Put the coconut milk and sauce in the bowl

Switch the instant pot in mode browning

Add the chicken pieces, spices, and ginger

Stir, add the honey and peanut butter, remove

Stop browning

Put the rice and water in the bowl

Salt

Pressure cooking 6min

After cooking

Add the chicken to the rice to warm it up.
