Salmon with precooked wheat (Ebly) and cream

Do you like to fix wheat-related products in a different manner? Try some precooked wheat called Ebly with some salmon. Some cream added at the end will enhance the cereals.

Salmon with precooked wheat (Ebly) and cream

Ingredients

 180 g Ebly
 2 shallots, minced
 Olive oil
 150 ml white wine
 2 salmon steaks
 1 small jar of fresh cream
 1 tsp of fish stock
  Water
 Parsley
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the shallots in a little oil

Add the wheat

Brown while stirring 2min

Add the white wine

Let it in browning mode 2min more

Cover the wheat with water

Add the fish stock

Mix

Place the salmon on the wheat

Salt, pepper

Switch to pressure cooking 6min

At the end of cooking remove the salmon

Empty the water if there is any

Mix the fresh cream with the wheat

Serve the salmon placed on the wheat and sprinkled with parsley
