Saffron gnocchi and vegetables

Here is a recipe for summer vegetables to be mixed with gnocchi. It is going to be a dish full of sunshine and good flavor. You can serve that healthy meal to your friend.

Saffron gnocchi and vegetables

Ingredients

 1 package of gnocchi (not to be fried)
 1 zucchini in pieces
 1 carrot in slices
 2 large tomatoes in cubes
 Fresh basil
 1 dose of saffron
 150 ml vegetable broth
 2 tbsp . fresh cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the gnocchi, zucchini, carrot, tomatoes and, saffron in the bowl

Mix

Pour in the broth

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 5min

At the end of cooking, add the cream

Serve on plates, with a touch of fresh basil
