Roasted scallops with Chablis

Do you have a celebration coming? Why not try that pretty easy recipe of scallops on a bed of vegetables? It's going to be really good and full of flavors.

Ingredients

 16 scallops
 20 g butter
 400 g leek whites, minced
 160 g pumpkin peeled into cubes
 100 ml Chablis
 2 pinches chili pimento
 3 tbsp of thick cream
 2 pinches of mixture 4 spices
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Salt the scallops

Brown them in a little butter, 1min on each side

Reserve

Put the leeks and pumpkin in the bowl

Brown 2min

Deglaze with wine

Add the spices and the pimento

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min

Add the cream

Serve the vegetables with the scallops on top
