Ingredients

 1 kg kg roasted turkey
 1.50 tbsp of old-fashioned Dijon mustard
 1 tbsp of paprika powder
 300 ml of liquid cream
 150 ml of veal stock
 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
 1 chopped onion
 3 tbsp of olive oil
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 pattypan squash cut into cubes

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Pour the oil into the tank

Fry the onions in the oil

Stop the frying mode

Put all the ingredients in the tank

Start cooking quickly or under pressure for 15 minutes

Add the starch to bind the sauce if necessary
