Ingredients

 1 clove of crushed garlic
 1 small box of sliced button mushrooms
 Smoked duck breast
 Ham
 400 g rice
 1 cup of white wine
 300 ml chicken broth
 1 cup of pana with mushrooms
 Parmesan

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the garlic, mushrooms, duck breast, and ham

Add all the other ingredients except parmesan

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min

Add the parmesan when ready to serve
