Risotto with prawns and mushrooms

Some ingredients are usually part of a risotto. It's the case for parmesan, often cream and mushrooms. Other ingredients are added depending of the recipe.

Ingredients

 500 g arborío rice
 ½ onion, minced
 750 ml broth (2 cubes + 2 cube for vegetable bouillon)
 500 g fresh mushrooms, minced
 250 g peeled prawns
 40 g parmesan
 Butter

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

In a little butter, brown the onion

Add the mushrooms and shrimp

Fry for 3min

Add the rice

Fry the rice 1 more minute

Add the broth

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of the cooking, add the parmesan
