Risotto with mushrooms

How about fixing a simple risotto for your weight watcher friend? In that preparation, you will have rice, mushrooms, and meat. A sauce made of light cheese will be mixed up with the other ingredients.

Ingredients

 250 g button mushrooms in strips
 120 g Arborio rice
 72 g light soft cheese St MorĂȘt (4 portions of 18 g)
 500 ml fat-free broth poultry
 1 onion, minced
 150 g beef shoulder low fat, diced
 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
 3 tbsp margarine 60%
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Pour 1 tbsp of margarine into the bowl

Fry the mushrooms for a few minutes

Reserve

Pour the rest of the margarine into the bowl

Fry the onion and meat

Add the rice and fry until translucent

Stop the mode browning. Pour the poultry broth and mushrooms into the bowl

Switch the instant pot to pressurized mode 15 minutes

At the end of cooking add the cheese

Mix and sprinkle with basil
