This is going to be a refreshing dish full of color and flavors. The recipe consists of rice of course mixed up with pepper of different colors, little herbs sausages and a few other ingredients.

Ingredients

 6 herbs chipolatas
 100 g fresh mushrooms
 ½ red pepper
 ½ green pepper
 ½ onion
 200 g rice
 1 tbsp chicken broth in 200ml water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Cut the sausages into 3

Slice all the vegetables

Fry the peppers

Add the bacon, mushrooms, and onion

Add the sausages

Brown 3min

Add the rice and broth

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode
