 60 g of raw rice
 1 tbsp of olive oil
 20 ml of white wine
 500 g of frozen leeks in slices
 75 g of diced ham
 80 g of canned mushrooms slices
  Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the rice in oil until it becomes translucent

Add the leek and then the white wine little by little

Add the ham and mushrooms

Salt and pepper

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 7min
