Risotto with chicken, curry, carrots and zucchinis

This is a rice and chicken in an Asian style. Some vegetables and a lot of spices like curry to enhance the flavor. Cooked with coconut milk and bouillon, the dish will have a lot of taste.

Ingredients

 300 g chicken breast in cubes
 200 g rice
 2 minced onions
 1 clove garlic crushed
 4 carrots in rings
 2 zucchinis in cubes
 100 ml poultry broth
 200 ml coconut milk
 4 tbsp curry
 2 tbsp cumin
 1 tbsp sweet pimento
 1 pinch sugar

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion with the spices in a little oil

Add the chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper

Once the chicken is golden, put all the other ingredients

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 11min
