It's true that black sausages and apples go well together. These two ingredients will be added to the rice with a few spices and herbs making a delicious dish.

Ingredients

 3 Black puddings cut into pieces (remove the skin)
  A little butter
 250 g arborio (or basmati) rice
 2 chicken bouillon cubes
 150 ml white wie
 Water
 2 apples in large cubes
 1 tbsp of 4 spices
 4 shallots minced
 A little cream (fresh or soy)
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the shallots in the butter 2min

Add the rice and continue to brown 2min more

Add the white wine, stir well and let 2min more

Add the apples, broth cubes, spices, and sausages

Mix

Cover well with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode half the time indicated on the rice package

At the end of cooking, you can add a little cream if you want to

Season with salt and pepper
