Here, there is a good recipe for a light supper. Risotto with bacon, very easy and quick to prepare. Thick cream will enrich the dish. A salad would accompany well the dish.

 300 g Arborio rice
 200 g bacon
 100 ml dry white wine
 125 g parmesan cheese
 100 g thick fresh cream
 600 ml poultry broth
 1 shallot, minced
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Fry the bacon and shallots 2min

Add the rice and fry until translucent

Add the chicken broth

Salt, pepper

Pass the instant pot under pressure 8min

At the end of the cooking, add the cream and parmesan
