This is another version of rice with mushrooms and bacon. In that recipe, some soft creamy cheese is added at the end of cooking. It will give the dish a unique taste.

Ingredients

 250 g arborio rice
 1 chopped shallot
 Chives
 1 can of mushroom
 150 ml white wine
 600 ml water
 1 cube of bouillon
 ½ pot od soft creamy cheese
 100 g bacon pieces

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the shallot, bacon, and mushrooms

Add the rice, cube, white wine, and water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of the cooking time, add the soft cheese
