Ingredients

 1 bunch green asparagus in sections
 3 salmon steaks in pieces
 500 g rice for risotto
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 50 ml white wine
 550 ml water
 1 cube poultry bouillon
 Olive oil
 Salt, pepper
 2 shallots
 50 ml thick cream
 Parmesan

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the shallots and asparagus in oil

Add the rice

Fry until the rice is translucent

Add all the other ingredients except the cream and parmesan cheese

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 11min

At the end of the cooking time, add the cream

Serve hot, dusted with parmesan cheese
