Risotto with 2 kind of peppers and chicken

Here, we are going to have a colorful risotto. Peppers of different colors, tomatoes, onion, and chicken will be mixed up with the rice. It will look and taste great.

Ingredients

 1 red pepper in cubes
 1 green pepper in cubes
 3 onions in cubes
 1 cup of crushed tomatoes
 400 g of arborio rice
 500 g of chicken tenderloins in pieces
 1 l of water with 2 vegetables bouillon cubes
 100 ml of white wine
  Parmesan
  Cream liquid

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions and chicken

Remove from the instant pot and set aside

Fry the peppers

Remove and set aside

Fry the rice until it is transparent

Put all the ingredients except the cream and parmesan cheese

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 15min

At the end of the cooking add the liquid cream

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when ready to serve
