Rice with zucchinis

This is a good recipe when your garden is providing o lot of zucchinis. Mostly, the preparation consists of mixing up the two ingredients. At the end cream or tomato sauce can be added to the dish.

Ingredients

 325 g rice
 500 g zucchinis in rings
 1 vegetable bouillon
 1 chopped onion
  Salt, pepper
 4 cups of water
 Fresh cream or tomato sauce

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion

Add the rice and water

Salt, pepper

Put the zucchinis on top

Crumble over the bouillon cube

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15mn

At the end of the cooking, take out the water if there is still water

Add the tomato or fresh cream

Leave it in a warm place for a few minutes
