Here, we have a healthy and light recipe of rice, ground meat, and vegetables. It's a good dish to share with your weight watchers friends or simply with your family.

Rice with vegetables and ground meat

Ingredients

 500 g ground beef 5% mg
 330 g carrots
 400 zucchinis
 200 g raw white rice
 6 tbsp cream 15% fat
 1 shallot
 350 ml water
 2 bouillon cube
 Seasoning from the south
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices

Cut the zucchinis into cubes.

Reserve

Start the instant pot in mode browning

During the preheating, slice the shallot and put it in the vat with the ground beef

Fry the meat while crumbling it with a fork

Add salt and pepper

Add the carrots and zucchinis and mix it all together

Salt, pepper

Add the rice and mix again

Put the water and bouillon cube in the bowl

Mix

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of cooking, switch to browning mode

Add the cream and South seasoning

Mix well while heating for 1 minute
