Rice in Cantonese style

Let's try an interesting recipe with an Asian touch. Rice is combined with vegetables, chicken and some beaten eggs. Some nice Asian spice will be added to the dish to flavor it nicely.

Rice in Cantonese style

Ingredients

 400 g of cooked rice
 1 carrot in small cubes
 ½ zucchini in small cubes
 200 g of chicken in small cubes
 2 handfuls of frozen peas
 3 eggs beaten with a fork
 2 tbsp of olive oil
 1 tbsp of nuoc-mâm sauce

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the vegetables and chicken in oil 2min

Add the rice

Let in mode browning, stirring for 10min

Add the peas and egg

Fry 5min

Add the nuoc-mâm
