Ingredients

 700 g pork ribs in pieces
 250 g basmati rice + 2 times the water volume
 3 tbsp fat
 MARINADE
 1 tbsp paprika
 5 tbsp barbecue sauce
 1 onion, minced
 3 cloves garlic, chopped
 3 tbsp honey
 200 ml soy sauce
 1 l water

Directions

THE DAY BEFORE

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade

Let the pork marinate for at least 12 hours

TODAY

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the ribs in the fat until they are golden

Add the rice, water and marinade

If the liquid does not cover the rice, add a little water

Put the ribs on top

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min
