If you like green bean soup, you probably want to try that one. It consists of about the same ingredients. In the end, the cream will be added to enrich the soup.

Regular cream of green beans

Ingredients

 500 g frozen or fresh green beans
 3 zucchinis in pieces
 500 ml hot water
 1 bouillon cube
 1 cup of liquid cream
 1 minced onion
 Salt, pepper
 2 pinches of chili pimento
 Parmesan

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onion

Add the zucchinis and beans

Fry 5min

Salt, pepper, and add the pimento

Add the water and cube

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min

Take out the cooking water (do not throw it away)

Mix with the liquid cream and add the cooking water little by little until you obtain the desired consistency

Sprinkle parmesan when serving
