Rabbit makes a good stew. In that recipe, you mix it up with several types of vegetables. A spicy and tasty sauce will accompany the whole dish. Everybody is going to love it.

Rabbit stew

Ingredients

 1 rabbit cut into pieces
 1 package of smoked bacon
 1 onion, minced
 2 large hands of carrots in frozen rings
 1 can of button mushrooms
 2 cups of red wine
 1 cup of chicken broth
 1 Bouquet garnished
  Salt, pepper
 Black olives
 4 large potatoes in 6
 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the onions and bacon

Empty the bowl and set aside

Put the rabbit in mode browning

Put the bacon and onions back

Add the cornstarch

Add the carrots, mushrooms, and potatoes

Pour in the two glasses of wine, chicken broth, bouquet garnished and olives

Put a little salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 8min
