Ingredients
3 large potatoes in cubes
3 small red onions, minced
4 cloves of garlic cut in 4
2 tomatoes in cubes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 small can of roasted peppers (keep the juice)
150 ml juice of the pepper and water
Salt
1 tbsp chili pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Sprinkle the potatoes with the chili pepper
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the garlic in a little oil
Remove (do not put back in the pan)
Fry the onion and potatoes
Add the peppers, tomatoes, concentrate, water and salt
Mix
Switch the cookeo to pressure cooking mode 7min
