Do you have some mushrooms and pork roll at home? You could combine the two of them to make that simple recipe. After browning the pork, you will make a nice thick creamy sauce with mushrooms to accompany it.

Ingredients

 6 pork roulades
 100 g smoked bacon
 1 onion, minced
 150 ml white wine
 300 ml water
 1 tbsp veal stock
 200 g button mushrooms
  Pepper
 1 tbsp oil
 4 tbsp fresh cream
 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the rolls on all sides in a little oil

Reserve

Empty the vat of fat (without rinsing) Sauté the onion and bacon Put the onions back and deglaze with white wine

Fry the onion and bacon

Put the pork roll back and deglaze with white wine

Add water, veal stock, mushrooms and pepper

Press the instant pot under pressure 15 minutes

At the end of cooking add the cornstarch diluted in a little water to thicken the sauce

Add the fresh cream and mix well
