This is a good combination of ingredients that should give the meat a really good taste. Mustard and spices will make the sauce to cover the meat full of flavors.

Pork roast with mushrooms, white wine sauce and mustard

Ingredients

 1 pork roast of 1kg about
 100 ml water
 250 ml white wine
 3 large frozen onion handful
 2 tbsp mustard
 1 large box of whole button mushrooms
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 1 dose of veal stock
 Salt

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onions

Add the white wine

Add the water, mustard, salt and veal stock

Mix

Add the roast

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30mi

At the end of cooking add the mushrooms

Put the mushrooms back in pressure cooking mode 10min

At the end of cooking take the roast out

Dilute the cornstarch in a little cold water

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Pour the cornstarch and let the sauce thickened

Serve with the sauce on the roast or in a bowl available on the table
