Pork roast with milk and potatoes

Ingredients

 1 roast of 600gr
 6 small potatoes cut in two
 ½ l of milk
 2 tbsp of cornstarch
 1 tbsp veal stock
 1 onion, minced
 1 drizzle of olive oil

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the roast 5min on one side in a little olive oil

Add the onion and turn the roast

Brown 5min more

Add the milk and veal stock

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 20min

At the end of the cooking, add the potatoes

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking 14min more

At the end of cooking, take out the roast and potatoes leaving all the juice in the instant pot tank

Dilute the cornstarch a little cold water Switch the instant pot to browning mode Add the cornstarch dilute Stir until it thickens

Switch the instant pot to browning mode

Add the cornstarch diluted

Stir until it thickens
