 500 g pork tenderloin in slices
 2 sliced shallots
 2 beautiful zucchinis in cubes
 4 potatoes in cubes
 125 g soft white creamy cheese (mascarpone)
 Fresh chopped mint
 1 tbsp olive oil
 80 ml water
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Sweat the shallot

Add the meat and brown it on all sides

Put the potatoes and zucchinis

Salt, pepper

Add the water

Put the instant pot in pressure mode 10min

At the end of cooking, add the cheese

Sprinkle with mint, mix gently
