Pork fillet mignon, apple and cider

Here you have an interesting combination of pork roast with apple and cider. This is a good mix to prepare that will make a really good dinner to share with your friends.

Ingredients

 1 filet mignon cut into 3cm pieces long
 2 apples
 250 ml sweet cider
 1 onion
 2 shallots
 1 clove of garlic crushed
 1 chicken bouillon cube
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 1 bay leaf
 1 sprig of thyme
  Rosemary

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the pork in oil and/or butter

Add the garlic, shallot, and onion

Add the cornstarch diluted in a little water

Put the cider and apples cut into pieces, salt, pepper, and cube

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 15min
