If you like good pesto, you probably want to try that recipe. Here, after browning the meat, you cover it with pesto before finishing the cooking. Some soft cheese at the end will enrich the dish and make it tastier.

Ingredients

 1 pork tenderloin
 1 tbsp oil
 1 jar of pesto
 1 white onion, minced
 1 small can of button mushrooms
 100 g soft cheese st MorĂȘt
 200 ml vegetable broth

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the mushrooms and the onion

Remove the ingredients and reserve

Brown the tenderloin

Add the pesto by brushing the fillet

Put the mushrooms back

Add the broth

Switch the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15min

At the end of the cooking add the soft cheese
