Here is an interesting recipe if you like the mix of sour and sweet. The meat will be prepared with cherries. It will definitely confer a sweet taste to the dish and you could serve it with rice.

 1 pork tenderloin sliced
 1 can of cherries in syrup
 1 minced shallot
 1 tbsp liquid cane sugar
 100 ml sangria (or red wine)
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 1 pinch of 5 berries
 1 pinch cinnamon
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the shallot and tenderloin

Put the rest of the ingredients

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
