Ingredients

 600 g fat-free pork tenderloin
 100 g bacon pieces
 500 g potatoes cut into large cubes
 2 endives slices
 10 carrots cut into large pieces
 200 g Roquefort cut into small pieces
 2 chopped onions
 250 ml poultry broth
 100 ml white wine
 3 tbsp thick fresh cream
 2 tbsp sauce thickener
 Pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Sauté the onions, bacon and filet mignon

Pepper

Deglaze with white wine and then put all the vegetables, broth and Roquefort

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 20min

When the cooking is finished, add the sauce thickener and fresh cream
