Do you like the tasty Gorgonzola cheese? Then, you could prepare that recipe mixing up pasta, chicken in a cheesy sauce. The Gorgonzola will give it a definite flavor.

Ingredients

 4 chicken legs
 500 g penne pasta
 1 package of sliced mushrooms
 1 minced shallot
 1 minced onion
 200 g gorgonzola
 1 tbsp soft creamy cheese with horseradish
 250 ml water with veal stock
 1 cup cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the chicken legs and set aside

Add the mushrooms, shallot, and onion

Brown

Add the gorgonzola and soft cheese

Let melt

Add the glass of water and cream

Mix well

Add the pasta

Put back the chicken legs

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min

Serve with Penne pasta
