Pasta with broccoli and a blue cheese sauce

What is going to make that recipe different is the addition of walnuts. Nuts are so good for people and you don't see them that often in a recipe. Try to prepare that dish with pasta, broccoli, and walnut, you won't be disappointed.

Ingredients

 360 g pasta of your choice
 450 g fresh or frozen broccoli tops
 150 g blue cheese (Amber Fourme d'Ambert)
 Olive oil
 10 walnuts peeled
 3 tbsp flat parsley
 500 ml water

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the broccoli in oil for 5 minutes

Add the pasta and water

Salt

Switch to pressure cooking 5min

At the end of cooking, drain the liquid if necessary

Add the cheese and switch to brown mode until the cheese is melted

When serving, put the parsley and nuts on the pasta
