Pasta with bacon and cheddar

Here is a good old combination of cheese, macaroni, and bacon. The difference is the pasta being cooked in milk instead of water. It could be an interesting way of preparing the dish.

Ingredients

 400 g macaroni
 70 g grated cheddar cheese
 100 g bacon in strips
 2 sprigs rosemary
 1 large onion
 1 tbsp olive oil
 3 tbsp cornstarch diluted in a little water
 1 l milk

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the bacon

Add the onion and rosemary

When the onion and rosemary are brown, add the cornstarch, milk, and pasta

Switch to pressure cooking 8min

At the end of cooking, add the cheddar stir and close the cookeo to melt it
