Do you like mozzarella, tomato, and basil? Here is a recipe for you with summer flavor vegetables. The pasta will be covered in a nice sauce full of flavors.

Ingredients

 400 g pasta
 125 g bacon
 12 fresh button mushrooms sliced
 250 g cherry tomatoes cut into 2
 2 balls of mozzarella cheese in pieces
 1 sprig of chopped fresh basil
 50 g parmesan cheese
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the bacon

Add the mushrooms and tomatoes

Brown for a few minutes

Add the pasta

Cover with water

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 6min

At the end of cooking, drain

Add the mozzarella

Close the lid and let melt 3min

At serving time add the basil and parmesan
