Pasta in a gipsy style

Do you have a big crowd for supper? You could try mixing the pasta in a gypsy way. It consists of meatballs composed of several types of meat in a nice tomato sauce.

Ingredients

 Choice of cooked pasta
 400 g ground beef
 400 g sausage meat
 400 g smoked bacon
 1 large can of crushed peeled tomatoes (keep the can for measurement)
 140 g double tomato concentrate
 1 large chopped onion
 The equivalent of one can of tomato in water
 The equivalent of one can of tomato in red wine
 Olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Make meatballs with beef and with 3cm sausage meat

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chopped onion, bacon and meatballs in the oil

Fry until the top of the meat is brown

Add the tomatoes with their juice

Add the red wine and water

Add the tomato paste

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in simmer mode for 25 minutes and stir from time to time

Put the pasta in the sauce

Put the instant pot in warm mode for 10 minutes
