This is a simple recipe of vegetables, pasta, and cheese. Nothing fancy but it will be a healthy dish well appreciated by the whole family.

Pasta, hams, carrots, and zucchinis with soft cheese

Ingredients

 150 g farfalles (or other pasta)
 230 g carrots in slices
 1 large zucchini in pieces
 150 g soft cheese (St Môret)
 350 ml vegetable stock
 4 slices white ham in pieces
 Salt, pepper
  Olive oil

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the carrots and zucchini in a little olive oil (about 5min)

Add the pasta and broth

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 7min

At the end of cooking, empty the water

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Put the cheese and the ham

Mix until the cheese is melted

Adjust the seasoning, salt, pepper if necessary
