Do you have a lot of basil in your garden? Let's try that simple recipe that mixes up pasta with a delicious sauce consisting of basil and cream. Cheese sprinkled on top before serving will enrich the dish.

Pasta and basil

Ingredients

 400 g pasta
 1 bunch chopped basil (keep large pieces for decoratioration)
 1 clove crushed garlic
 150 g fresh cream
 50 g grated parmesan cheese
 Olive oil
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the garlic and chopped basil in oil

Remove the garlic and chopped basil from the tank and set aside

In the tank put the pasta

Cover with water

Switch to pressure cooking mode for the time indicated on the package divided by 2

At the end of cooking, empty the water if necessary

Put the instant pot back in mode browning

Mix the cream with the garlic and basil mixture then add to the pasta

Serve with parmesan cheese and basil leaves as decoration
