Pannacotta with strawberries

This is another way to prepare pannacotta. The flavor will be strawberry in that recipe. In the springtime, when strawberries have a great taste, it will make a delicious dessert.

Ingredients

 2 leaves of gelatin 2g
 100 ml milk
 300 ml whole liquid cream (30% MG)
 30 g sugar
  pods of scraped vanilla
 400 g strawberries
 2 tbsp liquid honey

Directions

Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water

Pour the honey into the bowl

In mode browning

Melt the honey

Add the strawberries

Compote 5 minutes

Remove the strawberries (keep the juice in the bowl)

Pour the milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and drained gelatin into the bowl

Stir and bring to the boil

Stop the browning mode

Distribute in pretty dishes

Keep cold 12 hours

Serve with strawberries
