You can also prepare one-pot pasta for yourself. A very simple one consists in mixing pasta with mushrooms, tomatoes, and sausages. The addition of parsley and parmesan will enhance the flavor of the dish.

Ingredients

 70 g short tagliatelle
 1 handful frozen mushrooms
 200 g chopped tomatoes
 ½ chopped onion
 200 ml water
 1 smoked sausage cut into 4
 Parsley
 Pasta spices
  Parmesan

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chopped onion and sausage1 min

Stop browning mode

Add the pasta, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, pasta spices, and water

Cook quickly or under pressure for half the time indicated on the pasta floor +1min

Serve on the plate with parmesan and parsley
