Do you like seafood? This is a recipe for you. The pasta will be mix up with crustaceans covered in a tomato sauce. It will please your guest by that great tasting dish.

One pot pasta and seafood

Ingredients

 300 g spaghetti
 300 clams
 200 mussels
 200 g cooked and peeled shrimp
 200 g cherry tomatoes
 1 can 400 gr crushed tomatoes
 1 bunch basil
 ½ onion
 3 cloves garlic
 250 ml white wine
 300 ml water
 1 large handful coarse salt

Directions

Soak the clams for at least 3 hours in a bowl of cold water with the coarse salt.

Drain and rinse without recovering the sand that has fallen to the bottom

Place the spaghetti and crushed tomatoes in the tank.

Add the chopped onion and garlic, half of the thinned basil, wine and 25 cl of water.

Cook quickly or under pressure for half the time indicated on the pasta package.

At the end of cooking add the shells, shrimps and cherry tomatoes.

Restart cooking for 3 minutes

Server with the rest of basil
