Olive, ham, and ricotta cake

his is a very simple and easy first-course little cake recipe. Some olives, hams, ricotta mixed up and you almost have it. A little cooking and the delicious smell will attract your guest at the table.

Ingredients

 80 pitted green olives, chopped
 80 g ham, small cubes
 2 medium eggs
 150 g flour
 10 g baking powder
 150 g Ricotta
 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Whisk together the eggs, ricotta, and oil

Add the flour and yeast

Add the olives and ham

Mix

Put the mixture in individuals oven dishes

Pour 20cl of water into the bowl

Cover with special cooking film

Place the mounds in the steam basket

Start cooking under pressure for 13 minute
