Mussels with cream and curry

If mussels are your favorite, try that simple recipe. You will mix up the mussels with a delicious tasty sauce made of curry and thick cream. It sounds just perfect for supper.

Ingredients

 1.50 l cleaned mussels
 200 g thick fresh cream
 200 ml white wine
 2 stalks of celery, peeled and cut into small pieces
 3 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp curry powder
  Salt and pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Add the white wine

Put the mussels and celery in the instant pot basket

Put the basket in the instant pot and let it in mode browning

Once the mussels are open remove them from the instant pot

Keep 1/3 of the cooking juice, add the cream and curry

Mix

Put the sauce on the mussels
