Moroccan beef meatball

This is a good dish that combines meatball with Moroccan spices. Try it, you will surprise everybody with the audacious combination. The apricot and raisin semolina is going to accompany well the meatballs.

Moroccan beef meatball

Ingredients

 1 kg minced beef
 800 g ripe tomatoes
 2 onions
 1 clove of garlic
 1 bunch of coriander
 Salt, pepper cumin and coriander powder
 egg

Directions

Mix the beef with 1/2 onion, the bunch of chopped coriander, cumin, salt, pepper and, egg

Form balls with the mixture

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the balls and add the onion and garlic

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces

Add 1 tsp of coriander and cumin

Salt and pepper

Switch in the instant pot in pressure-cooking mode 12min

Serve with an apricot and raisin semolina
