This is a dish worthy of a king! In that recipe, you will cook fish and shrimps in a liquid composed of blazed Cognac and white wine. Some fine spices and herbs will enhance the dish further.

Ingredients

 700 g monkfish fillet
 200 g peeled shrimp
 100 ml white wine
 1 tbsp tomato concentrate
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 shallots, minced
 200 g lobster bisque
 10 ml Cognac
 Pepper
 1 tbsp chopped tarragon

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the monkfish in olive oil

Add the shallot and let it sweat for a few minutes

Blaze the cognac in a saucepan and pour into the bowl

Pour in the white wine, tomato and lobster bisque

Add the shrimps

Add the pepper

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 3 min

Sprinkle with tarragon when serving
